We want you to be completely satisfied with your new snowboard or gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused gear in its original protective packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the base is protected from scratches.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment to confirm it is in brand-new condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
